Invitation To Bid (ITB)
Our Mission is
to provide support to our local schools and central office staff in the
strategic procurement of specialized products and services in support
of student learning. This is accomplished through the issuance of phone
quotes, written bids, request for proposals, State of Alabama contracts
and other local and federal agency contracts.
Our goal is to solicit items and purchase supplies/services for our students and staff at fair and reasonable costs that are within the guidelines established by the Marengo County Board of Education and the State of Alabama.
